Tribeach reconfigured and completely renovated the building to maximize its commercial potential. The hotel enjoys an ideal location at the foothills of Tampa Mountain, which is within walking distance of the main Old Town Square and all major touristic and cultural attractions. The building was reconfigured to increase the number of keys, and upgraded by installing an elevator, air conditioning, and new bathrooms.  All interiors were redesigned, and new furniture and finishes were installed.  The new rooms are equally suited and equipped for family vacations or business travelers. The upgrades were supervised by the local architectural preservation authority and completed while operating the four retail units at the street level.
