Tribeach acquired an industrial complex that had housed a power plant since the early 20th century. The property is located in the historic district of Kazimierz — a cultural and cosmopolitan area in Krakow — that attracts both tourists and locals alike because of its historic synagogues and churches, museums, galleries, cafes, restaurants.  Tribeach changed the zoning from industrial to mixed-use, and obtained approvals from local authorities over several years. The former industrial halls were renovated and new buildings erected to create 90 unique residences, which range in size from studios to four-bedrooms penthouses, as well as five spectacular retail spaces.
